Increase timeout for automatic tests

On FreeBSD, keyresolvercoretest sometimes takes longer than 60 seconds. On my laptop the test takes ~3 seconds. I have no clue why it takes more than a decimal magnitude longer on CI (and especially on FreeBSD).

This will hopefully help avoid #2 (closed).
