Draft: Add followup reminder

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/add-followup-reminder into master

This is in great part copied from kmail/messagelib with the difference that it is written in qml and integrated inside Kalendar mail module.

Todos:

  • Fix cmake code to make it build with the unit tests
  • Ensure new code is called kalendar_followupreminder_agent everywhere to not conflict with the agent in kmail
  • Port more stuff to QML
