Use KDE's QtLocation autoconfig rather than Qt's default

Unlike Qt we have SSL, and you get a higher zoom level for street maps. More importantly, this prepares us for switching to OSM raster tiles once we get an agreement with them. For that, also provide a proper user agent string.
