Fix all day event display in week view

Teague Millette requested to merge (removed):all-day-week-view into master

4a0fab55 refactored DayGridViewIncidenceDelegate.qml, and updated DayGridView.qml to match (circa line 350). However, it missed doing a corresponding change in BasicInternalHourlyView.qml, causing all-day events to fail in the week view.
