Fix showing/hiding of hamburger menu in Calendar main drawer

Claudio Cambra requested to merge work/fix-menu-bar-hide-hamburger into master

Remove references to Config.showMenuBar as this is not used anymore for showing or hiding the menu bar (and in turn, showing or hiding the alternative, the hamburger menu)
