Fix issues with Kirigami Addons components by renaming InfiniteCalendarViewModel to InfiniteMerkuroCalendarViewModel

Fixes a number of issues with the dateandtime components in Kirigami Addons such as the DatePicker's scale enum values being broken, as the namespaces for Merkuro and KirigamiAddons DateAndTime component (in regards to InfiniteCalendarViewModel) get mixed up
