Improved event info drawer, event collection editing, attachments

This MR makes the event information drawer more useful by adding the following data for events:

• Recurrence rules
• Icons for event characteristics
• Attachments

Also added is the capability for the event editor to add/edit/delete an event's attachments.

Finally, the event editor now correctly supports changing an event's parent collection.
