Separate multi day view incidence delegate into own component

This MR separates the multi day view incidence delegate into its own component, reducing code duplication across the month and week views and ensuring future visual consistency.

On the visual consistency front, the multi day view incidence delegates have had their background changed in order to fit in with week view and schedule view delegates:
