AttachmentPart: allow setting custom content-type params

Allow setting custom content-type parameters to an attachment. While this is not probably not going to be exposed to KMail UI, it is useful when using the Composer to programatically compose more complex messages.

My specific usecase is setting the ITIP-specific "method" parameter to content-type when using the Composer to compose an ITIP invitation in akonadi-calendar.
