Base Autocrypt support (T8408)

  • Add jobs for sending Autocrypt Header and Autocrypt Gossip Headers
  • Extract and update Autocrypt header information from mails, if the identity as Autocrypt support and store key information in Autocrypt storage
  • Detect Autocrypt keys while sending
  • Send Autocrypt header
  • Add Autocrypt-Gossip headers, when needed and the mail in encrypted

This is only the first step. Now we are able to create and parse Autocrypt headers.
