Port nodehelpertest away from KMime's automatic multipart transformations

Rather messy as this widely relied on the automatic multipart tranformations, although mostly because KMime just did that, not because it would be strictly necessary here I think. Either way, better do a 1:1 port first and clean this up in a second step if needed.
