Draft: Handle multipart/mixed as sent by outlook

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/carl/pgp-encrypted-outlook into master

multipart/encrypted in outlook is replaced by multipart/mixed. So try to find pgp-encryted part inside multipart/mixed too.

The wks change is due to the kdepim-addons-provided formatter for wks taking over the entire multipart/mixed mimetype.

todo:

  • Do the same with S/MIME and multipart/signature
