Disable protected headers

Ingo Klöcker requested to merge work/unbreak-openpgp-signatures into master

Protected headers cause bad signatures for all people with non-ASCII characters in their name (https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=427091). Until this bug is fixed protected headers should be disabled.
