Avoid test failure because of different date/time text representation

We don't care for the exact formatting of the signature creation time.

I did the same in libkleo for the test that checks the formatting function(s) that are also used by mimetreeparser. Since time formatting appears to differ between different OSes, it doesn't seem to be feasible to make the test work on all platforms.
