Move away from I18NC_NOOP

Since frameworks/ki18n@81d4fb96, I18NC_NOOP macro is marked deprecated since version 58.9 so the macro is gone with 5f3b2838.

(note I have no idea if this is the right way to use the replacement, kli18nc.)
