Drop redundant files

Bart Ribbers requested to merge bribbers/bigscreen-image-settings:redundant into master

Things have moved around between repositories and these files are now unnecessary.

  • /etc/xdg/plasmashellrc used to set the shell to launch but that is already handled by the launch scripts of Plasma Bigscreen itself
  • /usr/bin/cec-daemon.py was used to provide CEC input but that has been replaced by the dedicated plasma-remotecontrollers program
  • /etc/udev/rules.d/40-uinput.rules made it possible to use the kernel's uinput module as a regular user, but this file is now provided by plasma-remotecontrollers (since that's the program that needs that access in the first place)
