Update reuse/dep after repo changes in the 23.08 branch

Even if there's not going to be a 23.08.5 upcoming release and if snapcraft files are not in master branch, it's nicer when everything is aligned 😄

Updates .reuse/dep5 after changes from !77 (merged)
