Drop request of a QtFeedback minimum version in kde-telephony-daemon/src/CMakeLists.txt
That line misceived me while I was refining the debian/control file for plasma-dialer.
In fact, ${QT_MIN_VERSION} is 5.15.2 from the project-wide CMakeLists.txt. But AFAIK QtFeedback does not have a 5.15.2 release, nor anything similar. As reported in kde-telephony-daemon/src/CMakeLists.txt#L84, QtFeedback is no more maintained and its repo does not even have an official release tagged...
It is packaged in various distro using a date code referring to when the upstream Git repo snapshot was taken. It is not even a consistent version number throughout various distros, then I think the version condition for this has to be dropped.
