Improve design after partial port to Kirigami

  • HistoryPage: Make use of the Kirigami primary action button
  • increase height of the tab bar to be more similar to how it used to look
  • Don't display the application header and tab bar in a call
  • Restore proper icons in tab bar
  • Use Kirigami.ScrollablePage and its header property for proper margins and scrolling behaviour
