Add more metadata (license, screenshots)

Changes done:

  • Add missing license headers in contactimporter.cpp
  • Set project license to LicenseRef-KDE-Accepted-GPL
  • Add LICENSES/LicenseRef-KDE-Accepted-GPL which is required according to the KDE licensing policy https://community.kde.org/index.php?title=Policies/Licensing_Policy
  • Add COPYING file with GPLv2 because we are requiring v2 or KDE e.V. later.
