KCMContainer: Use correct actions

I have not tested this, as I do not use Plasma Mobile, but in KF6 actions.main and contextualActions are gone, meaning that settings pages probably no longer show any actions at all. This would fix that, if indeed an issue, using the expected internalPage.actions.

Please test this first!
