Add keyboard theme setting

This adds a keyboard theme combobox to the virtual keyboard theme kcm.

It fetches the theme list by listing all of the files in the maliit theme directory (I'm not sure if this is the correct approach).

I'm not really sure how to test this, I'd appreciate if someone could try it out :3
