Add search functionality, titles toolbar style, and a sidebar for tablets.

Titles toolbar style allows us to fit more text on screen compared to breadcrumbs, while still allowing us to keep the left swipe gesture.

The widescreen sidebar in the future can become modal so that it can be brought in from the side if space is constrained on a tablet.
