[Bug] Bar and asciitilde toolbar buttons not working

The bar (|) and asciitilde (~) buttons don't output the expected character in the terminal.

Issue can be replicated with 4d3d8165 as well as the package in the current testing branch of Manjaro:

Repository      : community
Name            : qmlkonsole
Version         : 22.04.1-1

It reaches this block for sure but I can't figure out why the characters aren't entered in the terminal.

The modifiers, tab and arrow keys work with the same builds.

Looks like | and ~ stopped working with the commit for modifier keys: 1203d1ee
