Show sent delivery state icon on the most last message sent

Michael Lang requested to merge mlang/spacebar:delivery_state_recent into master

Normally only error status icons are shown. The sent status icon is never shown. However, on the most recently sent message, it can provide a nice visual signal after sending the message.
