metainfo project_license is the license that the user agrees with in order to use the app

https://freedesktop.org/software/appstream/docs/chap-Metadata.html says "The <project_license/> tag is indicating the license of the component (application/library/addon/font/etc.) described in the metadata document.". org.kde.invent.aura_browser.metainfo.xml is for an app.
