kcm: Rename Enabled switch for applet parity

  • "Enabled" -> "Enable Bluetooth", which is the same as the applet and more clear, i.e. it doesn't seem like it should change with the state of the button.

kcm: Overhaul appearance to match baloo KCM, promoting some settings

  • This brings the UI in line with the baloo KCM, with adapter-specific settings promoted to the main page.
