Fix it, pt.1: Left padding of a header and dangling signal handlers

Regarding the label of a checkbox, don't look at it, it's from a future commit.

It seems like declarative signal handlers also solved the problem of crashing plasma by restarting bluetooth.service, but I wouldn't bet my life on it since I never figured out the real reason behind it.
