Changing the Mouse cursors to Breeze_Snow instead of breeze_cursors to improve cursor visibility

Hello! The main reason behind that I wanted to do this is because when you have dark-mode enabled and have dark-mode supported apps open it kinda becomes hard to see where your cursor is.
