Remove Breeze Dark and Breeze Twilight global themes

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/breeze:remove-global-themes into master

These now live in plasma-workspace (see plasma-workspace!1033 (merged)), where the default Breeze global theme also lives. Having them split between two repos was always a bit weird.
