Update cursor shape, contrast and name
Note: the shadows are still there, but the screenshots were taken from Gwenview which can't render it. Here's from Inkscape:

- Breeze: #000000 bg, #ffffff fg
- Breeze Light: #ffffff fg, #000000 bg (60% opacity)

- Orange > Magenta
- Breeze Blue > Teal-ish blue

Files
- Cleaned up the entire file(s) basically. I've removed the duplicated shadow effects (so like 70 or so that were the same) and kept it to one, named all layer and groups, fixed some alignment problems among other things.

Name
- Changed the directory name of "Breeze Snow" to "Breeze Light" (also updated the directory's CMakeLists.txt) to match the current cursor name
