Revert "Expand frameless tabs that are not editable"

Forcing the tabs to expand breaks some things in Kate and makes the UX worse in some places imo. Kate allows its users to choose between expand/non-expand tabs which is broken since this commit.

This reverts commit 40f32fc1.
