kstyle: QMenu korners are no more!
Adjust the region passed to KWindowEffects::enableBlurBehind to have the same rounded shape as the menu's frame.

There's still a tiny little bit of bright artifacts, probably caused by the QRegion being effectively a black-or-while bitmap without grayscale.
