readme: link to the Breeze SDDM theme

Kisaragi Hiu requested to merge moonlight/breeze:doc/link-to-sddm-theme into master

I didn't know where it's located, and to find it I had to look in SDDM itself, search for commits on Invent, finally find mentions of it in Plasma Workspace, then finally find the MR that mentioned it's been moved into Plasma Desktop.

Adding a link here will save others the same trouble.
