cursors: Rename "frametime" to "delay"

The main reasoning behind this change is that the word "delay" is more commonly accepted, and some libraries provide a "delay" value too.

Another, but really minor, thing is that it makes naming more consistent in the metadata. Properties such as "hotspot_x" or "nominal_size" have "_" to separate words but "frametime" does not.
