Improve tab focus of the application lists

Carl Schwan requested to merge work/applistfocus into master

Now the card get highligted when tabbing instead of the install/remove button. This makes it more consistent with up/down navigation keys and also make tab navigation less dangerous, since it won't install/remove an application when we encounter bug 435289.
