Support xdg_activation_v1

On the notifier, remember to forward the token so when plasma-discover is started it knows how to activate. Actually activate from plasma-discover using the new KWindowSystem API.

If only KDBusAddons could depend on KWindowSystem... Maybe we need a new class entirely, this is too hands on to have on every unique application, we even need to have X11 code on there that is unrelated to the app at all, just busy work.
