Make app delegate icon less enormous
Right now it dominates the layout and overwhelms everything else. Let's make it smaller. This improves and unifies the whitepace around it and therefore makes the icon feel more prominent despite being smaller.
This is a speculative and more narrowly-targeted alternative to !237
