Made content warning text not getting out of popup

When I tried opening for example the content warning attached to armcord the text was overflowing out of the popup. This is what this commit should fix.

Edit: Now I've made the box adjusting its size depending on the longest string from the content rating And adding the same padding as it is on the left site. It looks like this:
