Sync application page title to Kirigami.Heading

David Edmundson requested to merge work/d_ed/typography1 into master

The application comment is used as a title. As per the code comment it's meant to match a Kirigami Heading, the size was synced but the weight was skipped.

This made it look less important than the other titles and introduced inconsistent typography.
