Stop hardcoding sidebar colors

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/discover:hardcode-fewer-colors into master

The sidebar now dynamically colors itself according to desktop vs mobile automatically in Kirigami itself, so we don't need to implement this here in Discover anymore.
