ApplicationsListPage: Don't display "0 items" in title
It should be either something like "no items to show" / "no results", or just don't mention any items at all: placeholder message on a page delivers that information in a much better way.
also safeguards us from Discover screenshots getting posted in @uxfromhell channel — those guys just love nitpicking on zeroes all over the place
