discover: Make status view the drawer's footer

Alessandro Astone requested to merge work/aleasto/status-footer into master

Kirigami.GlobalDrawer now supports footers. This is great news because our status view would previously scroll out of vision making for a bad UX. As a footer instead it is always visible at the bottom of the layout.
