Port "Add Source" dialog to Kirigami.OverlaySheet

All the other popups/dialogs in Discover use it, so this should too.

Also visually overhaul the sheet a bit.

The extra space below the buttons seems to be an issue in the Kirigami component itself as it is seen in other instances as well.
