Make backend indicator in delegate prettier and more comprehensible

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/discover:make-backend-indicator-in-delegate-prettier into master

Switch to a pill-with-label style, using branding-appropriate color backgrounds:

This allows the backend to be really really clear to the user, even if they're not familiar with the logos and don't think to hover the cursor over it to see the tooltip.
