Add apk (Alpine) backend

Alpine (and therefore postmarketOS) has been carrying a patch downstream to add apk support to Discover. I would like to push for having this upstreamed. I asked Alexey a few months ago whether he was okay with me pushing for this, and he gave his approval. @alexeymin are you still okay with this?
