ApplicationPage: Simplify content rating display
Currently we display an age rating along with a textual description such as "Mild content" or "Intense content". The textual description has been problematic due to difficulties translating it, and also mismatches between what the text suggests and what triggered it. For example "Uncontrolled chat functionality between users" kicks it into "Intense content", but the word "intense" conjures up ideas of violence, sexuality, etc.
Let's drop the text and let the age rating speak for itself.
