Small report saving improvements

Joshua Goins requested to merge work/redstrate/default-save-location into master

Normally it's the current working directory, but a developer would most likely want to save it somewhere in their home directory. And change the file dialog title to "Save Report" instead of "Select filename" which is more descriptive.
