sentry: add more tags

Harald Sitter requested to merge work/sitter/moretags into master
  • some_verbosity: indicates that the log data had some debug data (this will be similar to an upcoming auto_verbosity that is caused by kcrash)
  • gui_platform: same as gpu version but it being a standalone tag means we can filter for it
