Add Merkuro Calendar to mappings

Add Merkuro Calendar to mappings

Alternative to !173 since I believe kalendarac is still being used, if I understand correctly.

Added it to #Other KDE Applications and Technologiessince while its part of PIM, I don't think its part of kontact. Maybe merkuro-mail and merkuro-contacts do also need to be added, but I haven't seen those on the bugtracker.
